Boxing is a high-impact sport. Ringside AI is a training tool and cannot replace professional medical advice or a certified in-person trainer. You agree that you are training at your own risk. Ringside AI and its developers are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or health problems resulting from your training sessions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ringside AI website and app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (Beta Status)

Ringside AI is currently under active development. You acknowledge that some features may be in Beta and are provided "as is". AI predictions, motion tracking, and coaching callouts are based on machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Ringside AI only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to bypass our security measures, scraping data, or using our AI technology for any purpose other than personal boxing training.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the AI models, software, design, and branding, is the property of Ringside AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our technology without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringside AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
